• We ask you to disclose only the information necessary for the delivery of your order and the collection of payment, that is:
  • Your name and address
  • The delivery address, if different
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your credit or debit card details, if paying by card
    • Card number
    • Expiry date
    • Start date, if present
    • The name that appears on the card
  • For card transactions our bank also requires us to obtain your telephone number.
• We do not pass your name, addresses, telephone number or email address to any third party
• Your credit and debit card details are invisible to us and we do not retain them. They are encrypted and passed via a secure channel to our acquiring bank, who then communicate with your card provider
• When you first place an order with us you are given an password-protected account which only you may access. You access your account to track the progress of an order, to cancel an order, or to change your personal details. If you re-order from us, the system will recognise your email address and password and thereby identify your name and addresses.
• Your email address is primarily used to enable us to acknowledge receipt of your order and later to notify you that your goods have been dispatched. We sometimes email customers to notify them of new products, but a setting within your account enables you to prevent this if you wish.
