When you first place an order with us you are given a personal account, which you access by clicking Your Account and entering your email address and password when requested to do so. Access to the account enables you to:

• View your orders and their progress
• Cancel an order, provided it has not been dispatched
• Change your name, addresses, email address and password
• Change your currency preference
