You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. (You will be informed
by email when we have dispatched the goods.)
In Your Account, select Cancel an Order (If you have not entered them already,
you will be asked for your email address and password.) The orders awaiting dispatch will
be listed. Click the number of the order you wish to cancel. (If the order does not appear
in the list, that may be because it has already been dispatched. Return to Your Account
and View All Orders to confirm its status.) To cancel the order, click its order number.
The order will be displayed in full. Click Cancel this order at the bottom of the page
to confirm the cancellation. Once you have completed this step, the order is cancelled, and
you will receive an e-mail in confirmation.
