If you return an item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the dispatch date
we shall refund its value less our delivery charges, but you will be responsible for meeting
the cost of returning the item to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our
part, or because it is defective, we shall refund the full value of the item, including our
delivery charges, and shall reimburse you for the delivery costs you incur. To return
an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and
send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a
full description of the fault and return the defective item with all the contents in the
original packaging. Then send the package to the address below:
