The earliest dated piece of English tin glaze and probably from the workshop of Jacob Jensen. It shows the Tower of London and Old London bridge, with the sluice gates that kept the Thames above the bridge at a higher level than the tidal estuary below. The border of strapwork and cherubs shows an Italianate influence. Diameter 24.5 cm, (10 inch).
