Chalice
My own design, using a combination of decorative styles that originate in the fifteenth century and continue throughout the tudor period. Can be seen in the first "Pirates of the Caribbean", Kiera Knightly drinks from the chalice in the pirate captains cabin, aboard the "Black Pearl". This vessel stands 14.5cm tall, with a rim diameter of 11.5cm. The capacity is between half and threequarters of a pint. |
